The set includes: Press-on nails & 2 sheets high quality glue tabs, nail file, stick tool & alcohol wipes for application & removal.  Nail oil for nail care.

How to use (more in detail instructions on the page Nail Instructions)

Clean your nails thoroughly
Push back cuticles using the stick tool
Buff the nail surface with your nail file. Dust off dust
Clean the nails with the alcohol wipe
Apply nail glue or glue tab
Press the nail firmly down + forward for 10-20 seconds
Adjust length and shape if necessary

Removal (glue):

Soak nails in 100% acetone for about 10 minutes
Push off all soft gel material using the stick tool (the nails dissolves with acetone) 
Do not force the nail ⚠️

Removal (glue tabs):

Gently place the stick-tool in between the press on and your natural nail. Move it up and down on the sides until you gently can lift the nail off. Then remove the glue tab from the nail using the stick tool
